Today is my 20th anniversary of delivering my first baby. I can't believe it's actually been that long. One of the boys I delivered is now on a mission for the church, so I guess it really has been that long.
I stopped counting after 70 deliveries and cut way back in order to devote my time to my own children, but I know now the total is somewhere in the mid 80's. Cool huh?
I know I am somewhat of a dichotomy because I can deliver a baby but I can't watch a needle penetrating the skin. Well, it's a darn good thing then, I don't work with needles!
Silly little announcement, but a milestone nonetheless.

Good Job Beveryly...That is so neat!
Thanks for all the comments...I love getting them :)
That's amazing. I think it's fantastic that you are willing to help women bring their children into the world. :)
(My mom used a mid-wife for me, and two of my sisters. Born at home, on the couch in my mom's office!)
Melissa, I did not know you were born at home. Yeah! Home Birth! I had Megs in hospital and as you know the saying goes "You learn from your mistakes," so I had Sam, Dyl, and Andrea at home. We had a midwife for Sam, but didn't like her so Jeff and I did Dyl and Andrea by ourselves at home. It was the most wonderful way to have a baby -- peaceful, calm and on my terms according to the needs of my body not some doctor's schedule!!!
Not silly. Very cool. Well, except the getting old part. LOL :P Wish you were closer to do my future babies. :/ Oh well, I'll just have to learn to do it myself, right? :) Love ya.
