We have a 37 inch daily reminder of Sammy on our kitchen table. On the scarf I put a small angel pin and a larger heart pin with a sister poem on it. On the hat we put a picture of Sammy blowing us a kiss. The Smile on our Samantha Elf reminds us of Sam's beautiful smile. The Samantha Elf helps us not miss her so much especially during the holidays. WE LOVE YOU SAM!Merry Christmas to everyone.
